1. Who is the data controller

2. What data we process
When you browse the site. Technical browsing data (IP address, browser, date and time of the request) processed by the hosting and network provider to deliver the site and keep it secure. The site uses no profiling cookies or analytics tools.
When you write to us. Your email address and the content of your message, including to be notified of the app's launch.
When you use the app. Without signing up: the data you enter to search (departure airports, dates, number of adults and children with age only, interests, accommodation preferences). With an account: email and login credentials, preferences and saved trips. We don't ask for children's names or other identifying data: we only need the age to build proposals.
3. Why we process it and on what basis
- To provide the site and app and answer your requests (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR, pre-contractual steps or the requested service).
- To ensure security and prevent abuse (Art. 6(1)(f), legitimate interest).
- To notify you of the app's launch, if you asked us to (Art. 6(1)(a), consent). You can withdraw it at any time.
- To comply with legal obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)).
4. Third-party links and affiliation
When you click a link to a partner site (for example booking platforms or flight comparison sites) you leave Tailor Travel: the partner processes your data as an independent controller under its own policy. Affiliate links may contain an identifier that lets the partner credit us the commission.
5. Who we share data with
With the technical providers that help us deliver the service (site hosting and network, the app's cloud services, maps and travel-data services), who process data on our behalf, and with authorities where required by law. We do not sell your data.
6. Transfers outside the EEA
Some providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case we rely on adequacy decisions or on standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.
7. How long we keep data
Technical logs for a limited period; emails and messages for as long as needed to reply; your account and saved trips as long as the account is active. You can ask for deletion at any time.
8. Cookies and fonts
The site uses no profiling cookies. Its typefaces are hosted on the site itself and are not loaded from external services.
9. Your rights
You can ask for access, rectification, erasure, restriction and portability of your data, and object to processing (Arts. 15–22 GDPR), by writing to info@tailortravel.app. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your data protection authority (in Italy, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
10. Minors
The site and app are intended for adults. The ages of children entered in a search are used only to calculate travel proposals.
11. Changes
We may update this policy: the date above shows the latest version.
